On Wednesday, March 9, 2022, the RVCC held its Winter Quick Championship. Nine players competed in a 3-round G/15 event at RVCC headquarters, Raleigh Court Public Library.
Paul Burchett won clear 1st place with a perfect 3.0 score. Trevor Richards came in 2nd place. Eric Diaz and Sam Austin shared 3rd place. Directing this tournament was a team effort between Ben Dubuque, Ray Megginson, and Mike Huff (who collected entry fees and disbursed prizes).
As always, the RVCC appreciates the Raleigh Court Public Library, for hosting our weekly club meetings and speed tournaments.
